I developed Volta's complete apparel and footwear line. My role was to lead the project, which involved:
- Researching market trends and proposing the product line.
- Writing the initial brief and defining the scope of the entire product line.
- Selecting and managing suppliers.
- Liaising with Chinese suppliers to manage sample development and its iterations.
- Following up on samples, changes and progress through to the final product.
- Coordinating the different teams involved in development to deliver the project end to end.
- Directing the product's visual language with a team of graphic designers, defining its look & feel to build an identity consistent with the brand.
- Presenting progress and developments to company management for approval.
- Planning the launch strategy.
